1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return for the following reasons:

  • Damaged item delivered

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective or malfunctioning product

  • Missing accessories or parts

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify:

  • Product must be in unused condition

  • Original packaging, box, bill, manuals, and accessories must be intact

  • Serial numbers must match the delivered item

  • Physical damage caused after delivery is NOT eligible

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened headphones/earphones due to hygiene reasons

  • Damages caused by customer

  • Software-activated products

  • Products without original packaging

4. Replacement Policy

Once inspected and approved:

  • A replacement will be issued for the same model

  • If unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided

5. Refund Criteria

Refunds will be processed when:

  • Returned product passes quality checks

  • Order is cancelled before dispatch

Refund method:

  • Original payment method (UPI/Card/NetBanking)

  • 5–7 business days for completion

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed; you may request a return after delivery.
